JOB PURPOSE

Supports the day-to-day administration and enhancement of Dynamics 365 CRM and other enterprise applications. Works in collaboration with the DevOps team, subject matter experts, and key system partners delivering solutions to fulfil business needs. Assists project managers with strategic business, process, and technical analysis for key projects to identify and address operational, financial, and technological risks as well as highlight opportunities for efficiencies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Works with business system partners to understand and document business requirements, process flows, and functional specifications to ensure that operational requirements are accurately represented in the design and delivery of software products and solutions; translates business requirements into detailed product backlog items with clear acceptance criteria; and acts as liaison between business and technology groups.
  • Oversees the design, development, and implementation of system changes and upgrades while partnering with a team of Developers, Software Test Engineers, and Project Managers; plans the functional design and architecture of key enterprise applications including identifying opportunities for integration and automation; conducts technical research on system enhancements to determine the time required and compatibility with existing systems.
  • Assists with organizational initiatives to highlight gaps in business processes and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Participates in multiple projects by supporting the design, testing, implementation, and end-to-end delivery of the project; provides ongoing update, reports on project/initiative status, application roadmap, goals and objectives to business owners and key system partners.
  • Supports user training by providing technical and functional support and by aiding in the design of course materials, handouts and manuals in collaboration with the Corporate Trainer.
  • Supports business SMEs with analysis and resolving any day-to-day operational issues and bugs.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience
  • Completion of undergraduate degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum four (4) years of business analysis experience in technology implementation projects with a membership or customer-focused organization inclusive of two (2) years of business analysis experience with CRM and Web application portals.
  • Experience working in an Agile development incorporating Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD), utilizing tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, GIT, Azure Pipelines).
  • Experience working on large scale projects as well as handling day-to-day operational requests from the business.
  • Hands-on experience in administering and supporting enterprise applications, customer relationship management systems, and custom applications.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 portfolio of applications.

  • Communication – uses effective communication skills to convey information clearly and ensure a smooth flow of information within the team to support each stage of the project; supports various system partners including SMEs and Technology staff, adapting messages to meet their needs and clarifying to ensure mutual understanding of the information.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, SharePoint, MS Visio or other process tools
  • Knowledge of data management including data capture, warehousing, segmentation, mining, storing, cleansing, and security
  • Proficiency with cloud hosted applications via Microsoft Azure VMs and Azure Web Services
  • Knowledge of MS SQL Server, SharePoint, .NET Framework, .NET Core, Angular JS, Micro- service Architecture, REST API connectors, JSON, JavaScript, jQuery

 

Special Condition:
  • Must have the flexibility to support customers outside of normal business hours on critical issues.

 

Hiring Range: $106,371 - $113,036

 Full Salary Range: $106,371 - $127,645
