What you’ll be able to do: 

Business Analyst - positions offered by Ford Motor Credit Company LLC (Dearborn, Michigan). Note, this is a hybrid position whereby the employee will work both from home and from the Dearborn office. Hence, the employee must live within a reasonable commuting distance from Dearborn, MI. Work hands-on with Product team members and stakeholders to resolve questions, clarify business requirements, and deliver products. Monitor and take corrective actions to resolve system and application performance issues by working closely with the IT team. Write business requirements, complete testing and launches for Accounting and Tax functionality. Manage and maintain a strong working relationship with the vendor teams, downstream application teams, CATS team, COE and Marketing teams. Own JIRA user stories, write/follow/update test scripts, and support IT to ensure work is complete. Maintain a strong relationship with our Receivable vendor. Assist with testing and support during after-hours, weekends, and holidays, as necessary.

You'll have... 

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Computer Applications or a related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. In lieu of a bachelor’s degree, employer will accept 3 years of academic studies towards a bachelor’s degree or a 3-year foreign baccalaureate degree in any of the aforementioned fields and 3 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Any suitable combination of education, experience, or training is acceptable. 2 years of experience with each of the following skills is required: 1. Writing detailed test scripts based on detailed business requirements. 2. Testing application changes for accuracy. 3. Using Jira or Rally to track project documentation and follow up. 4. Provide written detailed business requirements to vendor to build system specific functionality. 5. Effectively communicate regulatory and legal requirements to ensure the company remains compliant. 6. Working in SAFE agile.

We are offering a salary of $86,965.00 - $149,771.16/yr.
