What are we looking for?

We seek passionate, innovative, and driven people eager to make an impact in a dynamic, growing company. As we continue expanding our portfolio, we’re looking for a Business/Finance Analyst to analyze pricing trends, develop financial insights, measure key performance metrics, and collaborate across teams to optimize revenue and operational efficiency.

What would you do?

  • Develop financial analysis to support strategic initiatives and business planning
  • Analyze pricing trends across our entire portfolio
  • Define and measure key performance metrics
  • Evaluate investment opportunities and capital allocation decisions, including ROI analysis
  • Deliver actionable insights to managers and analysts
  • Partner with software and data science teams to refine budgeting and analytics tools
  • Create compelling visualizations to communicate key insights
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis for executives and work closely with the CFO
  • Collaborate across departments to identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue growth

  • Interest in developing internal tools to enhance automation and scalability
  • Willingness to work in an office setting five days per week (Houston, TX)

What qualifications and experience are expected for this position?

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A., B.S.) or equivalent experience required (Finance, Economics, Statistics, Business preferred)
  • Experience in an analytical or service-oriented role in technology, sports, or financial services preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to interpret and analyze data from multiple sources
  • Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
  • Proficiency with MS Office, particularly Excel
  • Understanding of finance and accounting principles
  • Familiarity with Data Visualization, SQL, and Python is preferred
  • Interest in live sports and entertainment
  • Must be authorized to work in USA on a fulltime basis, without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.
