Business Analyst

We are seeking a skilled and analytical Business Analyst to support external business analytics projects and help drive data-informed decision-making across DoD logistics and enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business and systems analysis, advanced data visualization skills, and familiarity with defense-related ERP platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Elicit, analyze, and document business and system requirements from stakeholders across functional and technical domains.
• Support the design and development of KPIs, dashboards, and reports using tools such as Power BI and Tableau to facilitate actionable insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine business objectives and translate them into measurable data requirements.
• Perform data modeling, analysis, and validation to support decision-making processes.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and Agile ceremonies to ensure effective communication and project alignment.
• Work closely with developers, analysts, and system integrators to ensure successful implementation of business analytics solutions.
• Support testing, change management, and deployment activities in coordination wit the broader project team.
• Maintain documentation including requirements specifications, business process flows, and user guides.
• Provide subject matter expertise in DoD logistics systems or ERP platforms such as Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS).

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience:
  • 4–6 years of experience in business analysis or systems analysis.
  • 3+ years supporting external business analytics projects.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in data analysis, modeling, and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Experience working with KPIs, dashboards, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Familiarity with DoD logistics systems or ERP platforms such as Oracle EBS.
• Certifications: Active DoD Secret Clearance required.
• Methodologies: Strong experience with Agile frameworks and requirements gathering practices.
