Accountabilities

  • Participate in consulting engagements to improve operational performance.
  • Analyze business requests and develop systemic solutions for healthcare-related projects.
  • Conduct on-site planning and requirements gathering sessions with clients.
  • Create designs for new components or modifications to existing platform tools.
  • Evaluate new technologies and platforms for potential integration.
  • Perform process analysis and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Validate data quality and summarize findings for presentation.
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Assist with QA and application support for clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Administration, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience with Healthcare Administration software.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Databricks, or Snowflake.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Clear communication skills for diverse audiences.
  • Experience in requirements gathering and documentation.
  • Commitment to process improvement.
  • Excellent project management and time management skills.
