In addition to cross-functional collaboration to support shared objectives and accelerate value across the organization, the Business Optimization Specialist may maintain oversight of certain AI-powered or logic-driven toolsβ€”such as the rules engine and trust score modelβ€”depending on business needs.

  • Represent the business unit in cross-functional discussions with technology, data, and vendor teams to ensure departmental needs are understood and prioritized.
  • Collaborate on the design, testing, and deployment of system enhancements, process automations, or new platformsβ€”especially those impacting customer experience and operational output.
  • Maintain or oversee AI-supported systems or decision engines (e.g., rules engine, trust score model) by supporting business-side calibration, integrity, and alignment with evolving objectives.
  • Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend data-driven, technology-enabled improvements to reduce manual work and improve accuracy.
  • Lead or participate in business-side activities related to change management, including communication, readiness, stakeholder engagement, and user training.
  • Serve as a key resource for troubleshooting, functional support, and informal coaching of end users across the business.
  • Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), documentation, and validation activities in support of technology rollouts.
