Job Description

We are looking for a Business Analyst to serve as a link between project stakeholders and operational teams; driving process improvements, documenting business requirements, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope. This position will be full-time contract and onsite in Newark, DE.

What You’ll Do

  • Elicit, document, and manage detailed business and functional requirements, ensuring alignment between stakeholder needs and project deliverables throughout the project lifecycle

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including process flows, business rules, meeting minutes, and action item logs to support informed decision-making across the organization

  • Conduct gap analyses and assess current-state processes against future-state objectives, identifying opportunities for operational improvement and efficiency

  • Perform requirements traceability and tracking, ensuring all project dependencies, open items, and deliverables are clearly documented, regularly reviewed, and escalated appropriately

  • Develop, maintain, and monitor risk logs, proactively identifying potential project risks, assessing their impact, and working with the project team to define and implement mitigation strategies

  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and working sessions to gather requirements, validate findings, and drive consensus across cross-functional teams

  • Support the Project Manager in coordinating the Prides Crossing facility restructure, serving as a key point of contact for requirements gathering, stakeholder communication, task tracking, and ensuring all project milestones are met on time and within scope

  • Assist in the logistical planning and execution of the Prides Crossing facility restructure, including coordinating vendor activities, tracking asset inventories, overseeing space readiness, and ensuring a seamless transition with minimal disruption to operations

  • Conduct regular compliance and process audits to verify adherence to company policies and applicable regulations, document findings, and follow through on corrective action plans

  • Dedicate approximately three to four hours daily to data indexing and classification tasks in support of an ongoing project, with hours adjusted based on evolving business needs

  • Research, draft, and refine compelling success stories and thought leadership articles that communicate project outcomes, business value, and organizational expertise to both internal and external audiences

  • Support the planning and execution of team-building initiatives, collaborating with leadership and staff to foster engagement, strengthen team cohesion, and advance organizational goals

  • Oversee badge and access management, maintaining accurate records of assignments and access levels in compliance with security policies

  • Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating adaptability and a collaborative mindset in support of broader project and organizational objectives

What You'll Need

Required:

  • An associate's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field

  • Hands-on experience in a business analysis, project coordination, or related role is strongly preferred, as this position requires a working understanding of requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder engagement

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable documentation

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite β€” including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with Power BI or project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Microsoft Project

Physical Demands

  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards

  • Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.

  • Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor

$60,000 to $70,000 per year

The pay range for this position is listed above.Β Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education. Benefit packages include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401k retirement account access. Employees in this role receive paid time off and may also be entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
