Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytically driven Business Analysis intern join our team this summer. As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience by supporting real projects and contributing to meaningful work that impacts our organization. This role is responsible for supporting a strategic data governance initiative within our M2M ERP system by documenting, validating, and standardizing product and customer hierarchy data to enable consistent and reliable reporting across the organization. This is a great opportunity to apply classroom knowledge in a practical environment, develop technical and professional skills, and learn more about potential career paths in finance. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Document and analyze existing product and customer hierarchy structures currently used outside of M2M for reporting & analysis
• Collect, validate, and reconcile hierarchy data in collaboration with Finance, Operations, & Commercial stakeholders
• Assist in defining standardized product and customer hierarchy attributes for use within the M2M ERP system
• Support the loading, testing, and validation of hierarchy data within M2M to ensure accuracy and reporting usability
• Help develop and document a repeatable process to ensure all new product and customer records created in M2M are properly assigned to the defined hierarchies
• Prepare and deliver a final presentation summarizing findings, recommendations, process documentation, and key lessons learned

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Currently enrolled or recently graduated from an accredited college or university with a target degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related filed
• Fully fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, and general computer knowledge is required.
• Strong interest in business analysis, data governance, ERP systems, and process improvements
