3 References from the recent projects are must.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 4 years of experience mentoring and providing consultation and direction to Social Services Applications (SSA) staff.
- 4 years of experience analyzing and interpreting technical information including regulations, policy, and automation system documentation.
- 4 years of experience communicating in writing, translating user/business needs into a technical style, and writing technical instructions for system users.
- 4 years of experience planning and coordinating individual and group work activities.
- 4 years of experience detecting and diagnosing application problems.
- 4 years of experience creating technical designs for solutions to problems.
- 4 years of experience working professionally with a broad range of stakeholders.
- 4 years of experience preparing concise business requirements, technical specifications, and related artifacts.
Specific Skills:
- Business Process Analysis & Requirements Gathering.
- Business Process Mapping/Reengineering.
- Writing BRDs, functional & technical specifications.
- Preparing cost/benefit, ROI, buy/build analyses.
- Root Cause Analysis & Corrective Action Planning.
- Peer Review, QA, Technical Writing & Editing.
Production Support for SSA eligibility systems (TIERS, SSP, EST).
