Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Clientβs site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client

Required:
β’ Availability to work 100% of the time at the Clientβs site in Austin, TX (required);
β’ Experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar roles (8 years)
β’ Experience with agile methodology and user story analysis and serving as a liaison between Business and IT teams (5 years)
β’ Experience with the Texas Automated Nutrition System (TANS) (1 year)
β’ Experience writing system requirements in compliance with federal child nutrition programs operated by the client (1 year)
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
β’ Elicit, analyze, and document business and system requirements as a Business or Systems Analyst with 8+ years of experience
β’ Apply Agile methodology and user story analysis to translate business needs into actionable technical specifications
β’ Serve as an effective liaison between Business and IT teams to ensure alignment, clarity, and successful delivery of solutions
β’ Develop system requirements compliant with federal child nutrition program regulations administered by the Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA)
β’ Support initiatives involving the Texas Automated Nutrition System (TANS) with knowledge of its operational and compliance context
β’ Facilitate backlog refinement, sprint planning, and requirement validation within Agile delivery frameworks
β’ Ensure traceability, accuracy, and regulatory adherence in all documentation and solution design activities related to public-sector nutrition programs
