Your day as a BI Engineer

As a Business Intelligence Engineer at The Evergreen Market, you'll play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining data models, dashboards, and reporting tools that empower leadership and retail operations with actionable insights. In this individual contributor role, you will be the primary data resource for our organization, collaborating closely with the VP and cross-functional leaders to convert complex data into strategic decision-making tools. Your ability to navigate cross-functional priorities will be key as business needs evolve. Within the first 6–9 months, you will take full ownership of the BI function, seamlessly integrating into our established modern data stack. Responsibilities include optimizing SQL queries, crafting dynamic dashboards with Power BI or Tableau, and ensuring data integrity across systems.

Your expertise will enable you to identify opportunities for reporting enhancements, supporting our adventurous and customer-focused culture while driving performance across our cannabis retail locations.
