Worldwide Professional Solutions is seeking a highly skilled, experienced, and motivated Business Intelligence Engineer (BI Engineer) to join our growing team in Chandler, AZ in the Phoenix Area to support software development projects for large-scale manufacturing construction projects.
The BI Engineer leads analytics architecture and data transformation strategy for WWPS dashboards and reporting solutions. This senior role ensures that analytics products are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business needs across construction operations.
The ideal candidate will currently reside locally in the Phoenix, Arizona area and be available for onsite work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect Power BI solutions and lead dashboard governance.
- Design robust, reusable dataflows and semantic models using Fabric and SQL.
- Partner with stakeholders to define analytics strategy and roadmap.
- Mentor junior engineers and ensure best practices in BI development.
Qualifications:
- 6-10+ years in enterprise BI architecture and dashboarding.
- Expert-level skills in Power BI, DAX, and data modeling.
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft Fabric, pipeline design, and data ops.
- Strong leadership, communication, and solution design capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience integrating construction systems and field data.
- Familiarity with DevOps or CI/CD practices in BI development.
Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Data Engineering, Analytics, or related field.
