The Catalogue & Master Data Specialist is responsible for managing and maintaining the product master catalogue within SAP.Β  This role is critical in ensuring data accuracy, pricing integrity, and clinical supplier compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update the SAP product master catalogue, ensuring all entries are accurate and current.
  • Ensure pricing and contract terms are correctly reflected and regularly updated.
  • Liaise with suppliers for EDI onboarding, pricing updates, and compliance with procurement standards.
  • Collaborate with Procurement, Analytics and site teams to ensure master data is accurate, usable, and aligned with business needs.
  • Lead catalogue rationalisation efforts, support data integrity initiatives, and manage new item set-up processes.
  • Upload and validate the Department of Health (DoH) prescribed list, verify changes, and generate reports for internal review.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience working with SAP Master Data and catalogue management.
  • Energetic, adaptable with excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience in healthcare, government, or regulated industries is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work autonomously
