Position Summary:
We are looking for an experienced CLM IT Business Analyst to support the successful delivery and continuous improvement of our Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform. The Business Analyst will work closely with business stakeholders (Legal, Procurement, Sales, and Operations) and IT delivery teams to capture requirements, design solutions, support configuration, and ensure that the CLM system integrates effectively with enterprise applications. This role requires both strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of IT systems, integrations, and contract management processes.
Responsibilities
Requirements Gathering & Analysis
• Elicit, document, and validate business requirements from Legal, Procurement, Sales, and other functions.
• Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements for IT teams.
• Analyze current-state processes and define future-state workflows supported by the CLM system.
Solution Design & Documentation
• Prepare detailed process maps, functional specifications, and use cases.
• Partner with solution architects and vendors to assess technical options and system capabilities.
• Document integration requirements with ERP, CRM, e-signature, and procurement platforms.
Stakeholder Collaboration
• Facilitate workshops, requirements reviews, and system demos.
• Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and IT/development teams.
• Support Product Owner in backlog refinement and prioritization.
Testing & Quality Assurance
• Develop test cases and scripts based on user stories and requirements.
• Support functional, regression, and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) cycles.
• Track defects, issues, and resolutions to ensure system quality.
Delivery Support & Governance
• Provide input to release planning, change management, and deployment activities.
• Maintain clear documentation of requirements, decisions, and configurations.
• Ensure compliance with IT security, data protection, and regulatory standards.
Continuous Improvement
• Gather feedback from users to identify enhancements and process improvements.
• Monitor KPIs and adoption metrics to validate solution effectiveness.
• Stay current with CLM technology trends and industry best practices.
Qualifications
Education:
Experience:
• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or enterprise application projects.
• At least 2 years of direct experience with CLM platforms, Agiloft preferred (e.g., Icertis, DocuSign CLM, Coupa, Conga, or equivalent).
• Experience working on system integration projects (ERP, CRM, e-signature, procurement systems).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Proficiency in documenting workflows, data models, and requirements.
• Strong collaboration skills across business and technical teams.
Preferred
• Professional Business Analysis certification (e.g., CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA).
• Exposure to global and multi-stakeholder environments.
• Experience with contract management processes and legal operations.
• Knowledge of Agile tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.)
