As a Sr Associate you need to enhance the Tableau & SharePoint strategy to support Corporate Responsibility, Morgan Health, Impact Marketing, & the National Market Leadership Team.

Job Responsibilities

  • Enhance the Tableau & SharePoint strategy to support Corporate Responsibility, Morgan Health, Impact Marketing, & the National Market Leadership Team.
  • Create high quality analytics, business intelligence, and management presentations; conduct and distill sophisticated analysis into simple concepts and terms to position executives to understand and take action.
  • Leverage prepared datasets to build graphical visualizations and programing decision-support dashboards inside of business intelligence tools.
  • Analyzing datasets, building data workflows, writing queries to obtain data required for visualization.
  • Meeting with stakeholders to collect requirements, review work, conduct training etc.
  • Leading analytics projects to deliver decision support tools and dashboards for business stakeholders.
  • Support production dashboard applications through enterprise-approved processes and controls.
  • Software and tool training and ongoing professional development.
  • Understand the variety of data sources for information and how to strategically source data.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Required a minimum 5 years of relevant financial services industry experience coupled with experienced exposure to Tableau, SharePoint, and internal MIS reporting.
  • Highly motivated and ability to operate without boundaries and act as a proxy for management by taking ownership of an initiative to deliver positive results.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of data warehousing concepts and exposure to one or more Business Intelligence toolsets and database platforms: Oracle/SQL Server/Teradata, Cognos/BO, SAS/R.
  • Must have demonstrated knowledge and experience with data & business intelligence concepts including ETL (e.g. Alteryx), Data Modeling, Reporting Automation, Dashboarding (e.g. Tableau), & SharePoint.
  • Outstanding analytical, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills; ability to work with large complex data sets.
  • Experience with systems management, including a track record of improving and enhancing existing technologies and processes (e.g. data management, system/application changes, etc.)Β 
  • Adept at data management and governance.Β Strong data visualization skills and the ability to synthesize data into executive summaries and value-add analytics & reporting to provide insights on impact measures.
  • Operate with controls mindset, with ability to critically think through complex and evolving data landscape ultimately providing insights that yield results in the Firm’s best interest.
  • High competency in Microsoft suite of applications (PowerPoint, Excel) and other program management toolsets.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience with Line of Business data and reporting as it pertains to the Annual Report and the 10-Q/K.
  • Detail-oriented with strong reporting development & program management experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise integrity over sensitive data, independent judgement and initiative, to prioritize relentlessly and to work under tight deadlines in order to push results.
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills.
  • Prior people management experience.
  • Ability for 10% travel.
