Responsibilities

Peraton is seeking a Data Analyst to provide full-time 100% remote support for our NAVAIR customer in Lexington Park, MD.

Β What you will do:

Β 

The person that is selectted to fill this role will support corrosion analytics processes and products through development, design, management and sustainment of corrosion database(s) and dashboards. As a critical member of the team, this position will provide direct support to the Corrosion Management Board (CMB) and support a wide range of corrosion data analyses.

Β 

Position will be responsible for the following:

  • Manage CMB corrosion databases, develop and sustain corrosion dashboards to include the Corrosion Health Assessment Scorecard, Corrosion Integrated Assessment (CIA), and Corrosion Cost Dashboard to track cost impact of corrosion across the NAE.
  • Manage the CMB corrosion database
  • Provide corrosion data analysis, guidance, and advisement to CMB Leadership

Qualifications

What you will need:Β 

  • Minimum requirements are a BS/BA and 5 years, 3 years with MS/MA; 0 years with PhD
  • Experience with Tableau, Tableau Prep, and MS Power Automate Premium
  • Proficient with MS Office tools
  • Good communication skills
  • Must be energetic, creative and take initiative; able to work well independently or as part of a team
  • The ability to obtain a Secret security clearance

Preferred:

  • Military experience
  • Knowledge of the concepts, principles, and practices of corrosion data management and visualization to support the analysis and translation of corrosion data into actionable tasks to be accomplished within the Corrosion Management Board’s scope cost/schedule/performance.
  • Experience with Navy and USMC aviation maintenance data is preferred, preferably related to aircraft and aircraft-related systems.

Target Salary Range

$104,000 - $166,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
