Data Analyst and Special Projects (Insurance)

Reporting to the Manager of Accident and Health (A&H) Strategy and Process Optimization, the successful candidate will gather data from multiple sources, identify key insights, and produce analytical reports to support internal teams and external partners within the department.

• Full-time position: 37.50 hours per week.

• Weekday schedule from 8 am to 4 pm or 9 am to 5 pm

• Hybrid 3 days in office / 2 days from home

Responsibilities:

• Identify and report business risks and monitor compliance requirements.

• Maintain audit and compliance procedures aligned with industry

• standards.

• Generate reports for insurers and partners per contractual obligations.

• Automate and optimize reporting workflows.

• Coordinate collection of compliance data across departments for audits and investigations.

• Support system implementations and Service Center initiatives.

• Contribute to A&H projects, and compliance enhancements.

What you will need to succeed:

• College Diploma / University Degree (an asset)

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar data analysis role

• Bilingualism (English/French) required

• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, advanced formulas, etc.) required

• Experience managing large data sets and proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools

• In-depth knowledge of the health insurance sector and related regulations (an asset)

• Basic understanding of project management

• Attention to detail: accuracy is essential

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize urgent requests

• Strategic mindset with a creative, solution-oriented approach

• Ability to work independently

• Excellent communication skills with demonstrated ability
