We are not your traditional law firm- we are not looking for a traditional legal assistant. Weβre looking for a Data Analyst to partner with our Operations Manager in enhancing the firmβs efficiency. This role offers a salary of $40,000 - $50,000 (inclusive of bonuses) and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, paid time off, vacation, 401(k) with matching, and structured performance bonuses.
- Manage data and generate reports: Create and maintain detailed reports and dashboards that monitor key metrics such as productivity, efficiency, and performance to support data-driven decisions.
- Track metrics. Assist in calculating and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for the team to ensure weβre meeting performance targets and continuously improving.
- Analyze data. Dive into case data and time entries to identify trends, uncover inefficiencies, and work with the Operations Manager to resolve bottlenecks and optimize workflows.
- Support policy development. Assist in creating and refining written policies and operational standards that help us scale sustainably
- Collaborate for continuous improvement: Work closely with the Operations Manager to drive process improvements and optimize workflows for efficiency.
- Education & Experience: A bachelor's degree in business, data analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience is preferred). 1-3 years in an administrative, operational, or analytical support role (legal industry experience is a plus but is not required).
- Technical Skills: You must have strong analytical skills and experience working with data in Excel, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Access. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus.
- Attention to detail: You have a keen eye for accuracy and can ensure the data you work with is reliable, valuable, and actionable.
- Adaptability & Initiative: Ability to prioritize, pivot, and excel in a fast-paced environment while taking initiative and being a self-starter.
