Primary Responsibilities:
路 End-to-end analysis of business processes, data flows, and data usage to improve business productivity through re-engineering and data governance.
路 Interact with business stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and address data-related needs and issues.
路 Document business requirements and use cases for data-related projects.
路 Review, analyze data consumption patterns for enterprise core data in the IM Data Warehouse.
路 Coordinate with data owners and other teams to implement solutions.
路 Coordinate the onboarding of data from various internal / external sources into the central repository.
路 Work closely with Data Owners/Owner delegates on data analysis and development data quality (DQ) rules. Work with IT on enhancing DQ controls.
路 Manage change control process and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) activities.
路 Support other DAG initiatives.
Key Qualifications / Skills:
路 Extensive hands-on experience analyzing and interpreting investment data with strong knowledge of the Investment Management industry
路 8+ years of Investment Management experience.
路 Comprehensive data analysis skills with ability to detect anomalies, patterns, and data quality issues.
路 Strong SQL skills Experience with Snowflake is a plus.
路 Excellent communication skills including the ability to communicate effectively in both formal and informal contexts tailored for the audience.
路 Knowledge of Data Governance & Data Quality and the relevant tools.
路 Hands-on experience in project management
路 Ability to manage enterprise scale data projects.
Preferred Skills:
路 Experience working with positions, trades, transactions datasets
路 Familiar with agile process and JIRA
Rate range -$65-$70
