Data Specialist I

Preferred: Live in Mid South area (TN/KY/AR/AL)

I. Job Summary

Under general supervision, the Data Specialist is responsible for gathering and inputting all daily data. This role is also responsible for ensuring all operational data is entered and/or keyed correctly and ready for review by the Ops Analyst by the end of each working day. 

II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Communicate daily with driver(s) on designated communication platforms regarding missing time clock entries.
• Validate all driver and helper information (including check-in/check-out), OPUS confirmations, and KRONOS information
• Validation of Next Day Optimization (NDO) data
• Manage cases and confirm/close-out customer tickets daily
• Assist with data collection and reporting required for incentive pay programs
• Landfill reconciliation, Area disposal reporting, update accounts in MAS with the appropriate information as needed
• Shared responsibility with Business Manager to maintain data and site records

• High School Diploma (accredited)

B. Preferred Qualifications 

• No experience

The expected salary range for this position is $22 -$25 per hour. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location.
