Location: Cincinnati, OH  

Hybrid Schedule: 3 days in office / 2 days at home weekly

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and design-minded Data Visualization Analyst to join our growing Data Visualization team. In this role, you will focus on creating clear, impactful, and scalable dashboards and reports that empower stakeholders across the organization to make data-informed decisions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs and deliver high-quality visual solutions that are intuitive, reusable, and aligned with business goals. 

What You’ll Do  

• Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports using visualization tools such as Looker. 
• Translate complex data sets into accessible, actionable visual stories for business users. 
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business questions and develop scalable, self-serve reporting solutions. 
• Establish and maintain visualization standards and best practices to ensure consistency, clarity, and usability across reports. 
• Monitor and iterate on dashboards to improve performance and enhance user experience. 
• Ensure data integrity and trust in reporting through thoughtful design and validation processes. 
• Stay current with industry trends, visualization techniques, and emerging tools. 

What We Need  

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Visualization, Data Engineering, Information Design, Business Analytics, or a related field. 
• Proficiency in SQL for querying and managing large datasets. 
• Basic proficiency in programming languages such as Python (preferred) or R for data analysis and automation, preferred. 
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI. 
• Understanding of data modeling and how it supports performant and scalable visualizations. 
• Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (e.g. Snowflake, GCP, AWS, Azure)

• Excellent time management skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
