Duties & Responsibilities
- Analyzes digital marketing campaign performance across channels, including paid ads, SEO, email marketing, and social media.
- Develops and maintains marketing dashboards and reports to track KPIs and business objectives.
- Conducts A/B testing and performance experiments to improve conversion rates and ROI.
- Utilizes Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other analytics tools to measure traffic, engagement, and user behavior.
- Supports SEO strategy through keyword research, backlink analysis, and website performance tracking.
- Collaborates with marketing teams to provide insights and recommendations based on data findings.
- Ensures data accuracy and integrity across all digital marketing platforms.
- Monitors industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive performance to inform marketing strategies.
- Assists in audience segmentation and targeting for personalized marketing campaigns.
- Generates insights for paid media optimization, including bid strategies, audience targeting, and creative performance.
- Performs other duties as assigned.Β
Required Skills & Abilities
- Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing analytics, preferably in healthcare or marketing industries.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and digital advertising analytics tools.
- Strong understanding of data visualization tools such as Tableau or Google Data Studio.
- Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, or other data manipulation tools is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
- Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare compliance standards is a plus.
