In this position... 

As a Sr. Analyst, Product Marketing – IVI (In-Vehicle Infotainment), you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our IVI and vehicle software updates within the connected car ecosystem. Reporting to the Senior Manager, this position is for a cross-functional leader who can take ownership of the marketing roadmap, work collaboratively to increase user engagement, and create the materials necessary to ensure successful future product launches. The ideal candidate has demonstrated product marketing experience in complex software-driven products, and a strong track record of thriving in collaborative environments within a rapidly evolving industry.

 



Responsibilities

What you'll do...

  • Cross-Functional Strategy & Alignment: Own the Marketing Roadmap for In Vehicle Infotainment, drive strategic alignment, and foster seamless execution by partnering with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales, ensuring product marketing initiatives integrate with roadmaps and campaigns for shared objectives.
  • Product Positioning & Narrative Development: Strategically define, craft, and ensure consistent messaging for compelling product positioning and narratives across all channels to drive user understanding and adoption.
  • Internal & Partner Enablement: Champion our digital products internally by developing comprehensive enablement materials and training for relevant stakeholders (e.g., Customer Service, Dealership Support), empowering them to effectively support and advocate for our products.
  • Market & Competitive Intelligence: Conduct comprehensive market and competitive intelligence, identifying emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning to ensure informed and differentiated product marketing strategies.
  • User Engagement & Lifecycle Strategy: Develop and implement data-driven strategies to enhance user engagement, retention, and loyalty, leveraging to drive feature adoption.
  • Reporting & Storytelling: Prepare and present compelling, strategic performance reports to leadership, communicating key metrics, analyzing trends, and articulating actionable recommendations to influence product and marketing decisions.


Qualifications

You'll bring... 

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3-5+ years of progressive product marketing experience
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and compelling narratives for diverse audiences, including senior leadership

Even better, you may have...

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • Master’s degree (MBA or related field)
  • Experience working in the automotive or mobility industry
  • Experience working on complex software-driven products
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and content marketing strategies
  • Understanding of customer journey mapping and UX/UI principles
  • Proven proficiency with advanced analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Google Analytics)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously 
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

This position is a range of salary grade 5-8 from $55,020 - $178,320.

This is a hybrid position requiring an onsite schedule of 4 days a week in the Dearborn, MI or Palo Alto, CA office. This is not a remote position.
