District Data Specialist / Technology Assistant
Job Summary:
The District Data Specialist is the district's MARSS Coordinator and Student Information System (SIS) administrator.
The District Data Specialist ensures all data is accurately reported to state and federal agencies.
This role involves developing and delivering staff training on SIS usage to maintain precise student records.
Additionally, the specialist creates custom reports for various departments, facilitating the rostering integration of third-party software.
Serving as the primary contact for SIS support, the specialist escalates issues to vendors as needed and attends professional conferences
to stay current on industry trends and system updates.

Requirements:
High School Diploma
Preferred skills:
Post-Secondary education and or degree
Experience with school district data reporting
Experience working with Infinite Campus or other Student Information System
Strong communication and customer service skills
Self motivated and able to work independently
Proficient with Spreadsheets and Word processing tools
Work Schedule:
8 hour / days 5 days/week
237 days per year
Compensation:
$26.50 - $31.50 per hour

Remote work :
Following an initial on-site onboarding and training phase, this role offers hybrid work flexibility once
proficiency in the district's systems and performance milestones are established.
