Marketing Analyst

We are looking for an Email Analyst to help grow our email and SMS marketing program for Hot Topic brands. In this role, you will have an exciting opportunity to drive the business in a dynamic and rapidly growing ecommerce space.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Execute email, SMS, and push marketing for Hot Topic, BoxLunch, and Her Universe brands
Build and deploy best-practice email templates, dynamic content, and audience targeting
Monitor email performance metrics including open rates, click-through, deliverability, conversions, and signups/un-subs
Strategize on email journeys including signup, post purchase, reengagements and loyalty campaigns
Partner with Copywriters, Creative, and Product teams to create relevant subject lines and content for emails
Provide weekly performance reporting relative to topline growth goals
Communicate business priorities to solutions partners
Monitor customer feedback and ever-evolving best practices including CAN-SPAM, CCPA laws
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
2-3 years of experience running email / SMS marketing campaigns
Minimum of 2+ years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar
Experience with HTML and email template design
Experience with personalization platforms such as Liveclicker and SmarterHQ a plus
Proficiency with large data sets, Excel, and analytics tools
Familiarity with retail and e-commerce performance metrics
Strong communication skills β can partner with cross-functional teams and external partners
Keen eye for trending topics and pop culture events
Organized and can prioritize projects in a fast paced environment
$65,000 - $75,000 a year
Please note the pay range for this position starts as listed in the job posting, but other factors such as an individualβs education, location, meeting the minimum job requirements for the role, training, and experience, will determine the final salary for potential new hires.
