The role
The ERP Data Specialist will maintain and manage master data within Microsoft NAV 2018 and DAX 2012, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and governance across systems. This role will involve working cross-functionally with IT, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations to improve data integrity, optimize workflows, and contribute to automation and system enhancements. Additionally, the specialist will be key in supporting the company's transition toward a unified ERP system, ensuring that master data management (MDM) aligns with the organization's long-term digital transformation goals.

Minimum Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in Master Data Management (MDM) within Microsoft NAV 2018 or DAX 2012.
- Strong knowledge of data governance, compliance, and process optimization.
- Proven ability to identify and resolve data discrepancies through root cause analysis.
- Strong collaboration skills, working with IT, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to support the company's transition toward a unified ERP system, ensuring data integrity and scalability.
Nice to have
- Experience in data automation and system integration for improved efficiency.
- Six Sigma or Lean certification for process optimization.
- Advanced Excel and Power BI skills for data visualization and reporting.
- Exposure to other ERP platforms, providing a broader perspective on data management best practices.
