This is a fulltime position to start July 1, 2026. Benefits available include Health, dental and life insurance, NH retirement system participation as well as paid leave. Facilities Director General Purpose: The Director ensures all buildings and grounds meet all federal, state and local regulatory requirements for a safe, healthy, and clean environment, and helps to coordinate and manage building maintenance, procurement, facility repairs and renovation efforts. Position Duties and Responsibilities ●Assists in the coordination of daily functions of all facilities ●Ensures forms, records and reports are properly completed and maintained for the public record ●Inspects school buildings, grounds, and installations regularly for the purpose of maintaining high standards of workmanship, cleanliness, safety, and security ●Manages and ensures the safe operation of service vehicles, motorized equipment and office equipment ●Develops the operations budgets in collaboration with the Business Administrator ●Assists with operational and capital budget planning. Develops cost-savings initiatives ●Provides regular reports for the purpose of conveying information including but not limited to: projects, maintenance issues and property/high-value items to the District office and School Board ●Communicates and responds to school principals and District staff on school facility issues for the purpose of correcting and/or making repairs as appropriate. Resolves issues and responds to requests for information and provides assistance ●Trains, develops and evaluates custodial staff ●Organizes and implements an orientation and on-boarding program to convey the proper operation and maintenance of school facilities ●Conducts professional development to maintain a consistent and high standard of services ●Assists to coordinate and complete all phases of the project-life cycle for maintenance and construction projects ●Coordinates with District staff to support space planning ●Conducts procurement for supplies, equipment and services across the District ●Monitors vendor performance to ensure quality control and customer service ●Implements, supports and monitors District recycling program to support a green environment ●Maintains compliance with all safety requirements including fire and life safety, AHERA, OSHA, occupational safety and MSDS to ensure safe operations of all facilities, grounds and associated products ●Takes actions to maintain a safe work environment and reduce worker compensation claims ●Maintains internal controls for accountability and performance consistent with department and District goals, objectives and standards ●Stays informed of the latest trends and products for the operation, maintenance and repair of facilities ●Participates in monthly meetings with heads of maintenance from each school. ●Develops performance metrics to create continuous improvement of process, procedures and practices to maintain optimum performance ●Assists other personnel and performs other duties as may be required for the purpose of ensuring an efficient and effective work environment ●Serves on the District Leadership Team ●Other duties as assigned. IT & Data Specialist General Purpose:The goal of the Information Technology Technician and Data Specialist is to provide timely and effective technical support to the staff of all four school districts and SAU office. Educate staff in the use of new technology and help integrate technology into the classroom. Additionally, assisting with the day-to-day repairs of technology equipment. Create and maintain academic, behavioral, and attendance records database and assist staff with Alma reporting. Position Duties and Responsibilities ●Provide technical support to staff and technology leads within each of the four districts. This will include but not be limited to; fixing technology that needs repair, installing needed and approved software for staff members to perform daily tasks, and training other staff to implement these things. Supply assistance to staff members having problems integrating technology into the classroom. ●Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain technical equipment & respond to help desk requests. ●Provide technical training to staff members, and lead monthly tech team meetings for alignment and collaboration. ●Yearly physical cleaning of technology devices and verifying that technology areas are kept clean, free of clutter, excessive dust, and liquids. ●Create network and email user accounts as needed. ●Run network cable; terminate connections to patch panels and outlets. Report any faulty equipment to the Superintendent. ●Collaborate with building administrators and teachers. Be a team player in the IT Department, and communicate issues daily to the Director of Operations and Technology and Superintendent as needed. ●Create, organize, and maintain a K-12 database that includes current and historical academic, behavioral, and attendance data (technology inventory database) ●Assist the Administrative Assistants with the state reporting process to ensure data accuracy before submission ●Complete or guide Alma updates (ie; plugin updates and state updates) ●Work with the guidance department to populate data, update templates, and complete the Alma End-of-Year/Start-of-Year process annually ●Teach and/or assist Principals, Directors, and Administrative Assistants with the biennial CRDC reporting process ●Perform all other duties as required.
