As a Pricing Analyst within the Ford Customer Service Division (FCSD), you will join a team that serves as a key pillar of Fordโ€™s global profitability. You will play a vital role in managing a massive portfolio of over 200,000 parts, ensuring our pricing remains competitive and profitable in a complex global market. You will be a strategic partner to our operations teams, directly influencing the go-to-market strategy for replacement parts and helping shape how Ford interacts with its customers and dealers.



Responsibilities

What You'll Doโ€ฆ

  • Performance Monitoring: Drive the monthly reporting process for part revenue performance, providing leadership with clear visibility into financial health and market trends
  • Strategic Optimization: Constantly look to optimize the market equation; balancing volume, revenue, and product offerings to maximize total profits without sacrificing market share
  • Business Case Integrity: Lead the analysis of complex business cases, ensuring that all pricing proposals are built on robust assumptions and result in sustainable, profitable outcomes
  • Revenue Forecasting: Inform and influence the broader revenue forecast by co-owning revenue performance against corporate objectives, identifying gaps, and proposing corrective actions
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Operations to ensure our pricing strategies align with inventory levels and customer demand
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor competitive landscapes to ensure our pricing for the 200,000+ parts reflect current market value and Fordโ€™s brand positioning


Qualifications

You'll have...

  • Bachelorโ€™s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
  • Detailed-oriented analyst, comfortable navigating complex data to drive margin improvement and revenue growth
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to lead and influence within a cross-functional team environment
  • Strong analytical capabilities with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • A quick learner who can multitask, pivot priorities rapidly, and handle competing deadlines effectively

Even better, you may have...

  • MBA or prior marketing and sales experience
  • Experience with Alteryx and Qlik Sense (or similar tools)
  • 3+ years of experience in Product Development Finance, Marketing and Sales, or Replacement Part Sales
  • A strong desire to lead change and develop more efficient process alternatives

This position is a range of salary grades 7-8 and ranges from $84,480-162,120.
