Financial Analyst

Are you a finance professional who loves manufacturing? Our Canton, NC facility is looking for a Financial Analyst to provide key support to the plant's leadership through reporting, financial planning, and improving the business unit system of controls.

What You Will Do: 

• Distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reporting and provide relevant critical analysis in order to consistently improve the plant’s results.
• Analyse inventory and operating costs to communicate opportunities to improve inventory and operating costs.
• Lead customer chargeback reviews in coordination with the plant’s stakeholders.
• Manage internal controls regarding fixed assets and major expenses to ensure financial statement accuracy.
• Lead monthly accounting close and complete key Balance Sheet reconciliations.

What You Need to Be Successful: 

• Bachelor's degree in Business Finance or Accounting 
• Minimum 1 year of business finance or other relevant experience
• Intermediate financial modeling skills
• Expert level in the use of Microsoft Excel and Excel Financial Models
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
