Responsibilities
- Assist with indirect spending and cost control, updating budget owners on period results and working closely with operations to create financial forecasts.
- Assist in creating the annual budget and strategic planning activities.
- Update and report on staff and hourly workforce hours, headcount, and turnover for various overheard business units (period).
- Ensure the health of ISIβs annual cash and investment profile, working closely with Claims, Accounts Payable, and Treasury (weekly).
- Identify and implement process improvement initiatives related to cash management.
- Identify and implement process improvement initiatives related to financial reporting and cost controls.
- Ad hoc analysis, reporting and special requests as required.

Qualifications
- Post-secondary degree in Commerce or Business Administration.Β
- CPA designation or pursuing CPA is considered an asset.Β
- In-depth knowledge working with financial statements and the ASPE framework.
- Process improvement mindset with the ability to identify stakeholder needs.
- Accountability for team deliverables.
- 3 to 5 years of experience working in environments of both Financial Reporting and Cost Accounting.
- Experience working with Engineering, Construction, Production and Supply Chain.
- Demonstrated experience working with financial shared services (AP, AR, Treasury, etc.).
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders, including senior leadership.Β
- Experience in delivering presentations to senior management
