What You'll Do:
- Serve as the business partner and finance support for the Corporate Executive leaders
- Work with the Corporate Executive leadership teams to build the operating budget, long range plan and quarterly forecasts
- Manage these budgets and reforecasts, highlighting areas of risk and opportunities ensuring the business partners have the visibility they need to manage their budgets and make effective and timely decisions
- Serve as the liaison between Corporate Executive leaders and the VP of FP&A communicating key updates & strategic initiatives
- Manage the month end close process, including preparing journal entries, ensuring expense is recognized in accordance with contract/invoice terms and business partnering with accounting on balance sheet ledger accounts
- Coordinate with the regional finance teams globally to provide global reporting/analysis on Corporate costs to Executive leadership
- Prepare management reports, analyze current and past trends, provide analysis of the key areas, risks and opportunities, and assist management in developing action plans
- Create reporting packages including presentations for Executive leadership and Board of Directors
- Support the Earnings release, including script review and ad hoc analysis
- Identify and implement internal process improvements to help improve the quality of analysis across the team
- Create ad hoc reporting in support of strategic initiatives
You'll Need to Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
- 1-3 yearsβ work experience in a finance organization
- Experience with Hyperion & SAP is preferred

- Deep understanding of Excel functions is required
- Positive attitude, high level of intellectual curiosity combined with a βresults-drivenβ mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong communication, analytical, critical-thinking, and presentation skills
- Be as self-starter, well organized with an ability to manage multiple projects with strict deadlines
- Must have high degree of accuracy with a strong attention to detail
