Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join our growing Finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing financial data, creating models, preparing reports, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making and improve financial performance.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze financial data and trends to assist in budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations for internal stakeholders
Assist in the budgeting process implementation and maintenance in NetSuite
Load budgets/forecast to ERP system; conduct audits of loaded budgets and forecasts to ensure accuracy and compliance with organizational standards
Develop and maintain complex financial models to evaluate business scenarios
Assist in tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and variances from budget/forecast
Support the preparation of management reports, dashboards, and executive summaries
Conduct profitability analysis on products, services, or departments
Partner with business units to provide financial insights that support strategic initiatives
Participate in audit support, cost-saving initiatives, and process improvements
Other Ad-hoc report as requested
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (CPA or CFA is a plus)
2+ years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, or business analytics
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling; experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite) is preferred
High attention to detail, accuracy, and time management
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to present complex financial data in a clear and concise manner
Team player with the ability to work independently under tight deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in NetSuite, advanced knowledge of Excel
Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
Familiarity with accounting principles and financial reporting standards
