Financial Analyst
NDI Engineering Company is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team in Philadelphia, PA. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience preparing annual budgets for major projects, analyzing organizational performance, and assessing the effects of policy decisions on financial outcomes.

- Prepare and manage annual budgets for large-scale engineering and technical projects.
- Analyze organizational performance metrics and report on budgetary impacts.
- Evaluate and interpret policies to assess their influence on project funding and cost control.
- Collaborate with project managers and leadership to support effective financial planning and decision-making.
- Prepare clear, internal and external professional reports and presentations
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven project environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting (required).
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in budgeting or financial analysis.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- U.S. Citizenship required.
- Must have or be able to obtain a U.S. Department of Defense Security Clearance.
