Role and Responsibilities

PURPOSE OF POSITION:

Under the direction of the CFO and NA Finance controller, the Financial Assistant Manager will support the department by ensuring timely and accurate processing of projects in compliance with guidelines, company policy, and procedures. Additionally, they will be responsible for collecting and analyzing financial data, identifying / responding to risk items, and ensuring that internal controls are maintained.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Lead sales/profit financial analysis to ensure alignment between forecast and actual sales for North America.
  • Monitor and analyze channel inventory, WOS, aged inventory and total inventory levels to optimize balance.
  • Support other financial projects and tasks assigned by Controller
  • Correspond various ad-hoc request to HQ and subsidiaries

Necessary Skills / Attributes:

  • 2+ years Β experience in corporate Finance or accounting
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, accounting, or other related areas.
  • Strong financial analysis, modeling and valuation skills
  • Effective collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across cultures and levels within the business and align internal and external stakeholders toward common objectives
  • Highly proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word
  • Excellent communication in both Korean and English (verbal and written) is required
  • A desire to move quickly and decisively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative information concisely into strategic recommendations
