About the Job: The Financial Analystβs primary role is to assist the Sr Analyst and Sr. Director of FP&A in preparing the financial reporting of the organization and analyzing past and present financial data.Β
This position reports to the Director of FP&A and will work onsite in our Irving, TX HQ a minimum of 3 days/week, with the opportunity to work remotely 2 days/week .Β This individual will ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports, department level reporting packages, variable compensation reporting, and ad-hoc modeling projects.Β
Job Duties and Responsibilities: Recurring Monthly Tasks:
Prepare and publish monthly sales bookings reports after reconciling with Sales operations/leadership
Prepare monthly MRR/ARR reporting and review internally with CFO Org leadership
Prepare monthly Revenue Flash report for Senior Leadership Team and Board of Directors
Update the annual recurring revenue bridge segment of the monthly reporting package from data consolidated by the Accounting team
Update various departmental Monthly Variance to Plan (MVP) reports and distribute to leadership accordingly
Prepare and distribute variable compensation reports for Sales, Customer Success Managers, and other personnel
Assist the Sr Analyst with the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports for board of directors and lenders in a timely fashion to ensure contracted delivery deadlines are met
Assist the Sr Analyst and Director of FP&A with ad-hoc requests as needed
Requirements:
Bachelorβs degree in Finance or Accounting
2+ years of relevant financial analysis experience
Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, with expertise in pivot tables, lookup functions, and other data analysis tools
Experience working within a SaaS org
Strong analytical and observational skills with ability to efficiently and accurately focus on a specific task or number of tasks
Strong communication/interpersonal skills

Assertive, Responsible, disciplined, and accountable. Makes and meets commitments, leads by example, with strong attention to detail and accuracy
Familiarity with accounting chart of account detail and/or ERP reporting packages
Compensation will be determined by experience, skill set and education: Base salary range:Β $75,000- $90,000 + 20% Bonus Target
