The Financial Analyst supports the Companyβs financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis activities by analyzing data, identifying trends, and preparing financial reports. This role partners closely with operations, sales, and leadership to provide insights into financial performance, identify risks and opportunities, and support data-driven decision-making.
Essential Responsibilities:
β’ Ensure overall performance and behaviors are consistent with Beckett Thermal Solutionsβ Purpose Statement, Core Values, and Guiding Principles.
β’ Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis versus budget, forecast, and prior year
β’ Support the annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes, including volume, price, and mix analysis
β’ Build and maintain financial models related to profitability, cash flow, and capital investments.
β’ Partner with cross-functional teams (operations, sales, supply chain) to understand business drivers.
β’ Support EBITDA, contribution margin, and cost analysis at the product, customer, and business unit levels.
β’ Support working capital analysis including inventory, receivables, and payables.
β’ Assist with management presentations, board materials, and ad-hoc financial analysis.
β’ Identify process improvement opportunities and enhance reporting automation and accuracy.
β’ Ensure compliance with internal controls and support audits as needed.
β’ Establish priorities for managing own work while staying on a focused, efficient path for achieving results.
β’ Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Educational Requirements:
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
β’ Masterβs degree in Business Administration with emphasis in Finance, Accounting, or Economics a plus.
Work Experience:
β’ 3-5 years of work experience in financial planning, analysis, or performing similar functions.
β’ Previous experience preforming financial analysis in a global manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.
Additional Qualifications:
β’ Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis methodologies.
β’ Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, financial modeling).
β’ Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Products (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
β’ Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or Thinkcell.
β’ Familiarity with financial modeling techniques.
