Position Title:  Financial Analyst II (P2)

Role:

The Financial Analyst II will be responsible for reconciling, analyzing, and implementing deferred revenue results, billings, and risks and be able to communicate in a clear, concise manner. The successful candidate will be entrepreneurial by nature, analytical in approach, and have a demonstrated ability to work with internal and external stakeholders ensuring all non-recurring revenue processes are followed timely and accurately.  This role requires a self-starter with superb multi-tasking skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced ambiguous environment. The candidate must have the aptitude to incorporate new approaches and methodologies, while dealing with big data.

 

Responsibilities 

  • Understand the entire non-recurring revenue billing cycle.  Collaborate with both internal and external groups to ensure non-recurring revenue processes are being followed to enable Crown’s ability to bill timely and in accordance with contractual terms.
  • Research, reconcile, and explain variances from estimation, actuals, and invoicing. Understanding changes is critical. Deep dives into the 'why' and not just the numbers requiring cross functional collaboration.
  • Assist manager and teammates with identification of monthly invoicing opportunities, various data tracking files, customer portals, and ad hoc needs of the team.
  • Identify root cause of issues, propose possible solutions or improvements.
  • Ability to work with senior management or other internal stakeholders and explain / present financial information to non-finance professionals.

 Education/Certifications  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • MBA preferred in finance or related field of equivalent experience.

 

Experience/Minimum Requirements  

  • 2-5 years of experience of relevant work experience.
  • Advanced knowledge in budgeting, forecasting, developing, and working with financial models.
  • Experience with major ERP accounting systems.

Working Conditions: This role falls into our hybrid work model working in the office on Monday through Thursday.  On Fridays, teammates on the hybrid schedule will have the option to work from the office or home.  There is an expectation of collaboration with teammates and stakeholders for moments that matter that could

 

Compensation

 The pay range offered for this position is $66,660-$91,600 annually. A candidate’s offer is determined by various factors including but not limited to, depth of experience, role-related knowledge and skills, relevant education or training, internal alignment, and work location. Depending on the position offered, the compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of a discretionary annual cash bonus or commissions, and equity incentives. Employees (and their families) are eligible for medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan. Employees will also receive a minimum of 18 days of paid time off each year and 12 paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
