JOB SUMMARY:

The Hospitality Scheduling + Data Analyst will oversee all technology integrations, enhancements, and training. This individual also leads all scheduling of experience trips and assists with various project responsibilities. This individual should have a passion for modern corporate hospitality, strong software knowledge, excellent organizational skills, reporting/data skills, and detailΒ minded.

ESSENTIAL/PRIMARY DUTIES:

  • Coordinates all Salesforce integrations and enhancements training and assists with any Salesforce questions pertaining to Experience Trips and/or Opportunities from Sales or other team.

  • Engages with the Sales Op team and participates in the necessary committees to promote and be the voice for hospitality to continue to streamline the experience trip booking and analytics process.

  • Analyzes and creates reports for all data analytics for experience trips from Salesforce to provide accurate and streamlined reportingΒ to the Hospitality Experience Manager.

  • Coordinates the process improvement activities of scheduling experience trips and in Salesforce to offer a streamlined process for our sales team to fully utilize all resources.

  • Leads the Hospitality team with coordination and scheduling of all Midmark Experience trips. This would include customer visits, corporate and internal teammates.

  • Creates Stay-N-Touch room blocks and updates as needed for Customer Trips.

  • Executes all Final Planning Call’s related to Customer Experience Trips and Large Events that are on multiple sites (Midmark + Renaissance + Stillwater Valley).

  • Organizes workflow and appointments by reading and routing correspondence, collecting the customer information and managing the entire experience.

  • Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.

SECONDARY DUTIES:

  • Leads factory tours, experience center, customer engagement, and technical service tours for guests and/or teammates if needed

  • Supports virtual experience trips

  • Assists with orientation of recent sales personnel

  • Supports the commercial travel bookings in conjunction with Travel Inc

  • Ability to adjust schedule as required to meet operational needs

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

Associate degree in business administration, or related field and 3 or more years’ experience working in a related field, or equivalent combination of education/experience.

COMPETENCY and/or SKILL:Β 

  • Proficient in multiple software including NetJets, Triple Seat, Stay N Touch and Salesforce

  • Proficient in new software that is introduced re: booking system, jet software, etc.

  • Strong computer skills and software knowledge

  • Strong organizational skills and diligence

  • Must be proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook

  • Proficient in CRM software

  • Excellent written and verbal communication
