Position Summary:

ย 

Theย HRIS Data Analyst is responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing HRIS data reporting across Bancroftโ€™s UKG Pro (formerly UltiPro) environment and iCIMS environment. This role ensures the accuracy and usability of data to support strategic initiatives, compliance, and organizational decision-making. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with iCIMS and UKGโ€™s reporting tools, including Business Intelligence (BI), Workforce Management (WFM), and People Analytics.

Responsibilities

โ— Serve as the go-to resource for HRIS reporting needs and requests across Human Resources, Finance, Compliance, and Operations teams.
โ— Ensure data accuracy and integrity through routine audits and reconciliation efforts within the UKG system.
โ— Translate business needs into functional reporting solutions using UKGโ€™s Cognos-based tools and reportingย modules.
โ— Develop and automate reports to support compliance requirements (EEO-1, ACA, OSHA, etc).
โ— Create reports with bursts or subscriptions to simplify the auditing process for specific data for
โ— teams across the organization.
โ— Support data migration, testing, and validation during system updates or configuration changes.
โ— Collaborate with HRIS, Benefits, and Talent teams the systems are optimally configured for
โ— accurate reporting (e.g., Core HR, Payroll, WFM, Benefits, iCIMS).
โ— Document reporting procedures, data definitions, and best practices for internal use.
โ— Train users and other stakeholders on leveraging UKG reporting tools and understanding data outputs.
โ— Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

โ— Bachelorโ€™s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.

โ— Minimum 2โ€“4 years of experience in HRIS reporting with at least 2 years in a UKG environment.

โ— Proficiency in UKG Pro, UKG Business Intelligence (Cognos), People Analytics, and Workforce
โ— Management modules (Dataviews, Custom Reports, Datahub).
โ— Strong Excel skills and experience working with large datasets.
โ— Understanding of HR processes, data structures, and compliance reporting.
โ— High attention to detail with a strong sense of data accuracy and integrity.
โ— Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts into business
