The Corporate FP&A team partners with leaders across Autodesk to provide financial insights that guide strategic decision-making. Our mission is to turn complex financial and operational data into clear, actionable insights that support planning, forecasting, and investment decisions.

By building scalable analytics and dashboards, we help Autodesk understand performance, prioritize resources, and drive sustainable growth for the business and our customers.

About the Role

As a Summer Intern at Autodesk, you will be immersed in meaningful, hands-on project work that directly supports the Corporate FP&A team. You’ll own a well-defined project end-to-end while collaborating with cross-functional partners and learning from experienced mentors.


Responsibilities Β 

  • Build Adaptive dashboards that support financial planning, forecasting, and decision-making

  • Package insights and analytical tools into clear, stakeholder-ready outputs

  • Partner with the Finance AI Team to help develop a team-specific AI training focused on upskilling FP&A partners and improving efficiency in routine processes

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and mentors to deliver impactful outcomes

  • Present your work, insights, and recommendations as part of a final presentation

Minimum Qualifications

  • Student must be actively enrolled in a Master’s degree granting academic institution or accredited boot camp at the time of internship.

  • Students must reside and attend university in the country where the internship is being offered.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Pursuing an MBA or master’s in business, or a related field

  • Strong PowerBI, Excel, and PowerPoint skills

  • Prior knowledge and hands-on experience working in FP&A or using financial planning tools (e.g., Adaptive, Anaplan, or similar platforms)

  • Exposure to or interest in AI-enabled tools, automation, or process improvement

  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams or stakeholders

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate insights into clear, compelling stories

  • Passion for Autodesk or a strong desire to learn more about our products and domains

About the Canada Intern ProgramΒ Β 

The 2026 Canada program runs for 16 weeks (May 4 – August 21). All internships are paid. As an intern, you will contribute to meaningful projects, be mentored by industry leaders, and participate in tech talks and other activities designed to support your personal and professional development.
