CSA Global LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Data Analyst to support MyNavy HR modernization efforts. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on supporting data-driven decision-making and improving business processes. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to impactful projects within a dynamic team environment.Β 


This position is contingent upon funding.


How Your Role Will Make an Impact:Β 


Data and Statistical Analysis:

  • Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform MyNavy HR Β Β Β Β Β modernization initiatives.
  • Apply statistical methods to analyze and interpret data, supporting process improvements and decision-making.
  • Assist in creating visualizations and reports that communicate key findings to stakeholders.

Business Process Improvement:

  • Support the development and documentation of "As-Is" and "To-Be" Β Β Β Β Β process models, identifying areas for optimization.
  • Collaborate with team members to conduct gap analyses and recommend solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Assist in the design and implementation of business process improvements aligned with modernization goals.

Problem Solving and Collaboration:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to address data quality issues and provide insights for decision-making.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop creative solutions for challenges in data management and process integration.
  • Contribute to team efforts to meet project milestones and objectives.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Prepare accurate and organized documentation of analysis results, process improvements, and project outcomes.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of data sources, methodologies, and tools used for analysis.Β 
Requirements

Β What You Will Need to Join Our Award-Winning Team:Β 

  • Clearance: Must possess a U.S. Secret clearanceΒ 
  • Education: Β Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, Engineering, or a related field. Β 
  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis, statistical modeling, and business process improvement. Β 
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and statistical software (e.g., Excel, Python, R, Β Β Β Β Β SQL).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Basic understanding of business process documentation and improvement methodologies.
  • Effective communication skills for collaborating with teams and presenting findings to stakeholders.
