About Alchemy Worx

We’re an audience-management agency obsessed with retention. Through email and SMS, we blend data science, time-tested tactics, and the latest AI tools to help brands maximize customer lifetime value.

The Opportunity

You’ll be the engine behind our reporting and analytics: building and refining dashboards, dissecting campaign performance, and crafting predictive models. You’ll translate data into insights for both our clients and internal teamsβ€”accelerating campaign ROI, improving deliverability, and elevating every touchpoint.

This is a NY based position, requiring 3 days per week in the NY office.

What You’ll Do:

  • Analyze & advise: Dive into large email, SMS, and eCommerce datasets to surface trends, pinpoint optimization opportunities, and map them back to client goals.
  • Build & iterate: Create self-serve dashboards and advanced Excel models (VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS) to monitor KPI and uncover trends
  • Predict & prescribe: Develop predictive and clustering models in Python or R to forecast deliverability, engagement, and churn, then turn insights into action plans.
  • Own the analytics workflow: Streamline on-shore and offshore reporting processes, enforce data-governance best practices, and build proofing checklists to guarantee hygiene and accuracy.
  • Leverage AI: Experiment with AI frameworks to automate repetitive tasks, enrich reporting, and turbocharge data-driven decision making.
  • Collaborate & communicate: Present findings and strategic recommendations to cross-functional teams and clients in clear, compelling narratives.

Who You Are:

  • You have a deep passion, curiosity, and understanding of advanced data analysis and a strong business sense
  • You are a self-starter, problem solver, resourceful, and are able to work with limited supervision
  • You are flexible and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • You are a strong verbal and written communicator and excellent collaborator that values building strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders
  • You have the ability to understand complex topics/processes/problems and explain them to your colleagues in simple terms
  • You are customer, results, and solutions oriented

    • Expert in Excel and dashboarding platforms (Looker, Tableau, PowerBI)
    • Demonstrated ability to drive insights and recommendations from large datasets
  • Preferred Skills / Experience:
    • Hands-on experience with email-service-provider platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Listrak)
    • Programming Experience (SQL, Python, R)
    • A/B testing or conversion rate optimization experience
