We're looking for a sharp and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our remote team. If you're passionate about turning raw data into actionable insights and building scalable reporting solutions, this full-time independent contractor role could be a great fit.

You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to build dashboards, uncover trends, improve data processes, and support business decisions with clear, evidence-based insights.

🔍 What You’ll Do:

• Build and maintain dashboards and automated reports using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or QuickSight)
• Analyze datasets using SQL and Excel/Google Sheets to generate custom reports
• Collaborate with teams to define data requirements and drive data-informed decision-making
• Identify inefficiencies in ETL processes and help improve pipeline performance
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity through detailed validation and troubleshooting
• Assist with data governance best practices and documentation

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree (or advanced student) in Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
• Strong command of SQL
• Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets
• Hands-on experience with at least one data visualization tool: Power BI, Tableau, or QuickSight
• Familiarity with the Python data stack (Pandas, Numpy, etc.)

🌟 Bonus Points For:

• Experience with AWS data services (Glue, Redshift, Lambda) or Apache Airflow
• Background in digital analytics (Google Analytics) and CRM platforms (Salesforce)
• Prior experience in the Digital Marketing or Anti-Piracy industries

This is a remote, full-time opportunity for an independent contractor. After a successful 3-month trial period, we’ll conduct a performance review to evaluate fit for long-term collaboration.
