Your Job:Β
As the Lead Business Analyst, Supply Chain Excellence, you will own the Supply Chain Business Analysis discipline globally connecting all central and regional functions in support of Brooksβ supply chain end-to-end transformation journey.
With a proven track-record in process optimization, automation integration, and large-scale system implementations, you will lead business analysis efforts for high-impact value creation initiatives across Supply Chain Operations, ensuring seamless deployment and operational transition to advanced supply chain excellence capabilities in a complex global omnichannel environment.
Leveraging your exceptional communication skills you will collaborate with enterprise cross-functional teams (IT, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, Customer Service and external vendors) to define supply chain initiative scope, business processes, requirements and user stories that will serve as the foundational framework to deliver best in class capabilities.
Your Responsibilities:
Compensation: The pay range for this position, based out of the Brooks Seattle HQ, is $121,797 - $182,748 per year. Base pay offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.Β Β
