POSITION DETAILS
The Manufacturing Data Specialist is responsible for creating and maintaining product data within the ERP system. This role ensures that manufacturing requirements are complete and accurate for quality, on-time delivery of our product offering. Extremely high attention to detail and ability to process high volume of data. This role can be based out of either our Johnstown, OH, or Killbuck, OH locations with potential for occasional remote work.

RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Develop Bill of Materials (BOM) and Manufacturing Routings in the ERP system according to engineering drawings and manufacturing specifications.
    • Ensure consistency and accuracy of manufacturing data across ERP modules to support production planning, costing, and inventory control.
    • Collaborate with production, engineering, and materials & production planning to ensure accurate and timely updates of production data.
    • Identify and correct data discrepancies and incomplete records
    • Support new product development by ensuring accurate, relevant manufacturing data.
    • Support ERP-related audits, system cleanups, and data migration efforts.
    • Assist in continuous improvement initiatives related to data entry and system processes.

QUALIFICATIONS

    • Minimum 1-2 years data entry experience
    • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
    • Experience in the manufacturing industry strongly preferred
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (Vlookups, filters, basic formulas)
    • Knowledge of ERP systems strongly preferred, NetSuite experience a plus
    • Superior attention to detail
    • If based at the Johnstown location, the ability to travel to the Killbuck Campus as neededΒ  Β
