Job Requirements
REQUIRED: Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Math, or a related quantitative field; a minimum of five years of experience in marketing analytics, data analysis, or a similar role; agency or in-house marketing experience; strong analytical mindset; proficiency in analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Google Analytics, or similar; experience with SQL, Snowflake, Tableau, Excel, and data visualization techniques; experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce); a solid understanding of digital marketing tactics; solid understanding of market research methods; excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently; excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights; and comfortable presenting insights to internal stakeholders with varying levels of seniority. PREFERRED: Financial industry experience.
