As a Marketing Analyst on the Strategic Marketing team at Stryker, you will help shape the long-term direction of our business by turning market data into meaningful insights. In this role, you will support strategic planning, market segmentation, and portfolio decision-making by analyzing trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics. This is a high-visibility opportunity to learn how commercial strategy is built in a global medical technology company while developing a strong foundation in data-driven marketing.
What You Will Do
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to support strategic marketing decisions.
- Support market sizing, modeling, and segmentation work that helps identify growth opportunities across product lines.
- Gather, organize, and apply market research to help guide portfolio and long-term business planning.
- Create clear, compelling presentations that communicate market insights to marketing and business leaders.
- Track and explain key business performance metrics, helping identify patterns, risks, and opportunities.
- Understand the product portfolio and competitive landscape to develop pricing strategies to support continued growth.
- Contribute analytical inputs that support the development of strategic marketing and business plans.
- Share insights and updates with cross-functional stakeholders in a clear and confident manner.
- Build strong working relationships while continuously learning and growing your strategic and analytical skillset.
What You Need
Required
Preferred
- Experience working with Excel for data analysis and modeling
- Experience working with PowerBi reporting or similar tools
- Bachelorβs degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or related technical disciplines
- Internship experience or relevant coursework in business, marketing research, competitive intelligence or data analytics
