Responsibilities:
Analyze performance across digital channels (paid, organic, email, web)
Build dashboards and reports to track ROI, CAC, and funnel performance
Identify trends and optimization opportunities across campaigns and segments
Support A/B testing and behavioral targeting efforts
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align strategy with data
Qualifications:
Experience in marketing analytics, marketing operations, or CRM-focused roles
Strong grasp of KPIs such as conversion rates, funnel metrics, and ROI
Skilled at turning complex data into clear, actionable insights
Strong communication skills and experience working across teams
Familiarity with the following tools:Β
Google Analytics (GA4), Adobe Analytics, HubSpot or Salesforce (or similar platforms)
Tableau, Power BI, or SQL (or similar BI/reporting tools)
Advanced Excel
