Purpose of Role

Responsible for conducting analysis that drives deep understanding of customer behavior, marketing performance, and funnel dynamics across the organization. Builds and manages Power BI dashboards, conducts deep data analysis, and supports performance tracking and forecasting. Ensures data integrity across teams and contributes to testing, modeling, and reporting enhancements.

Expectations

  • Supports the Director of Customer Analytics with roadmap execution and high-priority initiatives across customer journey, marketing performance, and growth operations.
  • Conducts in-depth analysis to uncover trends in funnel performance, lead quality, campaign outcomes, and customer behavior.
  • Builds, manages, and enhances Power BI dashboards and reporting tools for cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Develops performance tracking frameworks across acquisition channels and lifecycle metrics including attribution, Customer Acquisition CostΒ  (CAC), and Lifetime Value (LTV).
  • Identifies data gaps or inconsistencies and recommends improvements to tagging, reporting, or data structure.
  • Collaborates with marketing, product, engineering, and finance teams to ensure data alignment and reliability.
  • Supports A/B testing and creative test design by analyzing lift, statistical significance, and performance benchmarks.
  • Contributes to the development and refinement of media mix models to quantify the incremental impact of offline and online channels.
  • Supports predictive modeling and scenario analysis to inform budget allocation and performance forecasting.
  • Works with APIs from vendors and internal data warehouses to automate data pipelines and integrate with Power BI for scalable reporting.
  • Leverages strong organizational and planning skills to improve team processes and maintain clear, effective documentation.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Qualifications – Education Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree

Qualifications – Education – Field(s)/Profession(s)

  • Marketing, business or related field.

Qualifications – Experience/Skills/Competencies

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in customer or marketing analytics, ideally in a performance-driven or customer-focused environment.
  • Advanced SQL skills and ability to manage complex queries and data transformations.
  • Strong experience using Power BI for building dashboards, creating calculated fields, and structuring data models.
  • Experience working with APIs and cloud data warehouses to build automated reporting workflows.
  • Working knowledge of Power Bi, Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Microsoft Excel for analytical modeling.
  • Experience interpreting funnel metrics, user segmentation, and campaign performance.
  • Experience with media mix modeling (MMM), regression analysis, or other modeling techniques used to evaluate marketing performance.
  • Understanding of incrementality, attribution, and causal inference frameworks.
  • Proven ability to recommend, structure, and monitor tests across channels to improve performance.
  • Proactive in identifying opportunities to improve reporting, channel optimization, and strategic decision-making.

Compensation

The base salary range for this position is ($77,000 - $115,000) inclusive of all geographical differences in the labor market. The base salary for the position will be determined based on factors such as the candidate’s work location, skills, education, and experience. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members in determining any final offer.
