Job Profile Summary:

Supports departmental goals by creating, monitoring, and maintaining reporting solutions that enable smooth and efficient daily operations. Contributes to business performance by analyzing key metrics, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver actionable insights, and developing reports that inform strategic decisions. Responsible for ad-hoc reporting, ensuring data accuracy through regular audits, and continuously improving reporting processes and communication.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Plays a key role in driving operational excellence by tracking, analyzing, and reporting business metrics to ensure productivity and performance goals are met.
  • Responsible for designing, building, and maintaining reporting solutions using PostgreSQL and Amazon QuickSight.
  • Works closely with internal stakeholders to gather and analyze user requirements, delivering insights that inform business decisions.
  • Supports ad-hoc research initiatives by preparing queries and generating custom reports to address evolving business needs.
  • Develops, compiles, and validates daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reports that support strategic decision-making across the organization.
  • Evaluates reporting outcomes using knowledge of workflows and operational practices, recommending improvements to enhance data completeness and usability.
  • Maintains high data integrity through regular audits and testing to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Tracks report status, including content updates, revisions, and delivery timelines, while ensuring consistent and timely communication with stakeholders.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of 2 years’ experience designing, developing, and maintaining databases, spreadsheets, and reporting systems, with a strong track record of producing clear, actionable reports.

Required Knowledge and Skills:

  • Sound knowledge of relevant policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Has functional and professional know-how to meet technical standards.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Copilot, PostgreSQL, Redshift, and Amazon QuickSight preferred.
  • Leverages new tools and technologies including AI to enhance efficiency in reporting and daily processes.
  • Demonstrated reporting skills and ability to collaborate directly with users to determine and meet business needs.
  • Exceptional time management, organizational, analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Resolves defined problems and separates and combines tasks for efficient workflow.
  • Analyzes successes and setbacks to find solutions. 
  • Strong and effective verbal, written, interpersonal and communication skills.

Other Requirements

  • This is a hybrid position, requiring an onsite presence approximately three (3) days per week at our Headquarters location (6201 N 24th Parkway | Phoenix | AZ | 85016).
  • Working hours are Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm (Arizona Time).
  • May travel up to 10% of work time.
